Holistic Massage - Lvl 3 Diploma - 150+ hours training
Nathan is a holistic practitioner based in Worthing, specialising in Usui Reiki and Holistic Massage. He has been practising Usui Reiki for nine years and has completed over 180 hours of training with Reiki Master Victoria Lyons at Lendrick Lodge. Qualified to Advanced Level 3, Nathan offers Reiki sessions for both people and animals, in person, locally, and via distance healing.
In 2025, Nathan completed his Level 3 Holistic Massage Diploma at the Brighton School of Massage, undertaking more than 150 hours of training with Angelic Skoberla. He offers in-practice and mobile massage sessions across the Worthing area.
Nathan is particularly known for his Reiki-infused Holistic Massage, which integrates energetic and physical approaches to support relaxation, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
Holistic health has been a lifelong influence for Nathan. Raised around energy work through his mother, a Shiatsu practitioner and yoga teacher, he developed an early appreciation for embodied healing. Alongside Reiki, dance has played a significant role in his own wellbeing, inspiring him to share movement and healing with others through both his therapeutic work and his dance classes at rainbowdance.uk.

Over 6 years, Nathan has achieved Reiki levels 1 & 2, as well as Advanced 1, 2 and 3. Nathan has been lucky enough to receive the highest quality training from the incredible Victoria Lyons, at Lendrick Lodge, Scotland.
As well as this, Nathan continues to develop his Reiki with online days with Victoria, and one-off courses such as the four-day post-grad course which took place in 2023 with Victoria and her Master, Margaret Underwood; a one-off opportunity to develop a more in-depth understanding and connection to Reiki and it's power.
As well as his professional practice, Nathan does continuous personal work, using Reiki to transform his health, and life for the better, deepening his level of connection to Reiki and his own spiritual growth.

Victoria is 8th in the lineage from Dr Usui (the founder of Reiki). She initially studied Reiki to Master level intensely over two and a half years and has received in-depth training over 29 years from her spiritual master, Margaret Underwood of New Zealand. Vic teaches level 1 and 2 Reiki as well as the two unique Advanced levels of Reiki, developed by her, to teach the skills to become a confident and highly skilled practitioner of Reiki.

What is "Usui" Reiki
The word Usui refers to the lineage of Reiki Masters, and the teachings that come with them.
The word Usui refers to the lineage of Reiki Masters, and the teachings that come with them.
Dr Usui founded Reiki and passed his teachings down through students trained to Master level. These Masters taught other students to this level and different facets of Reiki have been established such as Rainbow Reiki. Usui Reiki follows the direct teachings of Usui.
From the deep teachings of Shingon Buddhism and healing arts from India, Mikao Usui condensed the teachings into what he called Reiki.
