60 minutes – If you have a few problem areas e.g. neck, shoulders, back.
90 minutes – For more time spent on problem areas, or more body covered e.g. front and back of legs, arms, and back.
Each session is tailored to your specific needs and can be adapted for your condition.
Please allow 5 minutes either side of your session for settling in and concluding.

The massage is carried out directly on the skin using professional-grade oils that allow smooth, controlled movements while nourishing the skin. Clients remain in their underwear bottoms and are appropriately covered with towels throughout the session to ensure comfort, warmth, and privacy.
The session concludes with a short discussion about your experience and a recommended treatment plan for ongoing care.
