The session ends with a short discussion about your experience and a recommended treatment plan for ongoing care.
If you’ve previously received a Reiki-infused Massage, you won’t need to complete the Consultation Form again.

Book a free online consultation and complete the Consultation Form for Nathan to review, or if preferred, we can complete this together during the call. We will then discuss your responses and create a personalised treatment plan.
Choose the session length that suits you best: 15, 30, 60, or 90 minutes – The session length will be determined collaboratively, based on our discussion and the specific areas you would like Nathan to focus on.
We will then book in your distance healing session.
At the arranged time, Nathan will review your Consultation Form and send the Reiki to you over distance.
During the session, make yourself comfortable, either sitting or lying down in a space that's clear from distractions and interruptions to receive the Reiki healing relevant to your area of complaint e.g. calming the mind, aligning energy centers within the body, clearing old energy that is no longer needed, and healing injury or trauma.
Once the time is up, or you feel the session is over, make a note of your experience and send it over to Nathan, who will do the same.
We will then discuss our experiences over message, or video call, about future sessions.

It is common to have approx 6 regular sessions e.g. once a week, to feel the greatest benefit, and then assess whether to carry on as such or switch to by-weekly / monthly sessions. This is completely personal to each client and will be decided upon together.
