For your appointment:
Please attend wearing comfortable clothes, hair tied up and away from face/neck, and any jewellery removed (if possible).
During the massage you will be laying on your front/back, draped in towels, wearing underwear bottoms (no bra), and massaged with massage oils that aid movement and nourish your skin.

Please make sure there is adequate space for the massage couch with space around it at your location (at least 2m by 4m, if unsure please ask).
Some flexibility to start time may be required due to travel and set-up. Please contact before booking to confirm times will work with the schedule.

Bookings are available to book online up to 24 hours in advance (48 hours for mobile therapy).
